REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At CREATECOM TECHNOLOGIES, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all our processes, including financial transactions. Please carefully read the terms below regarding refunds and cancellations related to Article Processing Charges (APC), hard copy dispatches, and ethical obligations.

Refund of Article Processing Charges (APC)

– Authors may request a refund for the APC before the date of online publication of their article.

– Once an article is published on the website, no refund shall be processed under any circumstances.

– The refund request must be made in writing and accompanied by a valid and considerable reason.

– Upon approval, refunds are processed within 7–15 working days from the date of request.

Refund for Hard Copies

– Payments made towards physical copies in addition to APC (if any) are refundable only if the request is made before dispatch.

– Once the hard copies have been dispatched, no refund will be applicable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refund or cancellation requests will not be entertained under the following conditions:

– If an author withdraws their paper after completion of the peer-review process and after payment, without citing any valid or considerable reason.

– If an author declines to revise the manuscript as per the peer-review report and fails to submit the final camera-ready version, post payment.

– If the paper is found to violate our Publication Ethics Policy at any stage of the publishing process (either pre or post-publication).

– If the published article is subjected to a copyright infringement claim:

– The paper will be temporarily removed until the claim is resolved.

– If the claim is proven to be valid, the paper and the author(s) will be permanently blacklisted and removed from our records.

– No refund will be considered in such cases.

Author and Editor Responsibilities

– All authors and editors must ensure that accurate and verifiable identifiers are provided where applicable. This includes:

– ORCID ID

– Google Scholar Profile Link

– Scopus ID, Web of Science ID, ResearchGate ID, or any other valid academic identifiers

– Providing these identifiers is essential for ensuring transparency, discoverability, and integrity in academic publishing.
