Open Access Statement

IRJEAS is an Open Access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. It implies that without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author; users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, subjected to proper attribution to the original authors.

Definition of Open Access Publication

An Open Access Publication is one that fulfils the following two conditions:

The author(s) and copyright holder(s) grant(s) to all users a free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right of access to, and a license to copy, use, distribute, transmit and display the work publicly and to make and distribute derivative works, in any digital medium for any responsible purpose, subject to proper attribution of authorship.

A complete version of the work and all supplemental materials, including a copy of the permission as stated above, in a suitable standard electronic format is deposited immediately upon initial publication in at least one online repository that is supported by an academic institution, scholarly society, government agency, or other well-established organization that seeks to enable Open Access, unrestricted distribution, interoperability, and long-term archiving.

Licensing

All articles published in IRJEAS are under CC-BY 4.0 license 

CC-BY 4.0 license allows the public to adapt and share an author’s work, as long as the author credentials are properly cited (commercial purposes allowed)

Open access to journal articles is offered under the Creative Commons CC BY licence (Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License). Many research funding organisations prefer the CC BY licence because it allows for maximum dissemination and re-use of open access works. Users are allowed to share (copy, distribute, and transmit) and remix (alter) the contribution for commercial purposes under this licence, as long as they acknowledge the contribution in the manner specified by the author or licensor.
